This temple we found in the beautiful region of Payangan, where the holy Sri Markandya some centuries ago erected many temples on his journey from Campuan up to Taro. Probably this one in Kelusa is one of those. Anyway an old temple. With a long tradtition. On Bali famous for its cockfighting. We were welcomed by very very friendly and hospitable people. And were so lucky to find some men busy with painting the holy masks. Under the guidance of the priests. It was like meditation. Calmness was there. What can we say more. Once again a special experience.
